Our Story
Built From the Ground Up — Together
We're Leo and Alicia — a local family here in the Cincinnati area, and we've built Match Property Group from the ground up together.
With more than 8 years of combined real estate experience, we've seen both the good and the bad of this industry. We've seen people feel pressured into decisions, options that weren't fully explained, calls that went unanswered, and situations where there simply wasn't enough transparency.
Buying or selling a home can be one of the biggest decisions someone makes, and we believe it should be treated with care — not like just another transaction. That's a big part of why we wanted to build something different.
We're not here to push you toward one solution. We want to understand what you're trying to accomplish, answer your questions honestly, and help you see the full picture before making a decision.
